Who it's for:
This course is intended for all users who are new to Dynamic Yield & are ready for both an introduction to Experience OS as well as the DY resource & support sites that are available.
Prerequisites for the course
None.
During this course, you will:
Get introduced to the powerful capabilities of Experience OS & an overview of navigating in the system
Understand the purpose of the different Dynamic Yield support resource sites: the Knowledge Base, Academy, & Community, how to leverage them
Learn where to go to open a ticket to get connected to the DY Support team.
